CURRENT CONDITIONS, May 2009:
Best Locations Lake is cloudy. Water Temperature is 71 F. Main lake points, along bluffs, around docks. Fishing deep is producing larger spotted bass, 30 feet or deeper jigging silver spoons. Kentucky and smallmouth Bass also being caught on live 4 inch sunfish off islands and points in 30' water. Best Depths 35'-45' suspended at in deeper water Best Baits Dark Green or watermelon light-weight jigs tossed near docks or soft bait with only enough weighted hook to cast 30-40 feet. Spinner baits producing in coves and shallow water. Method Long casts with hard pull then let it sink for a few seconds and repeat.
